Ingredientes; 

  • 4 pepinos paquenos
  • 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
  • Un diente de ajo. Picado
  • Una cucharada de vinagre de vino de arroz
  • ¼  de cebolla roja. Picada
  • 2 cucharadas de eneldo (dill) fresco. Picado
  • ¼ cucharadita del pimento negro
  • ¾ cucharadita de sal                 

Mezclar el aceite, de ajo, cebolla, pimiento negro, vinagre, eneldo y sal. Añada los rebanadas de pepino.  

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 small cucumbers
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ¼ small red onion, sliced in thin slices
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ¾ teaspoon salt

Toss together the olive oil, garlic, onion, black pepper, vinegar, dill and salt. Add the cucumber slices, toss to coat and enjoy. Add fresh garden tomatoes (optional).
