Dr. Donohue is a graduate of the Chicago college of Osteopathic Medicine, and then completed his training at Presence Resurrection in the family medicine residency and the primary care sports medicine fellowship. After being in private practice, he returned to Presence Resurrection to become a member of the faculty at Resurrection Medical Center. Dr. Donohue strives to create the best learning environment for resident physicians.
Dr. Ladewski is board certified in Family Medicine and holds a certificate of added qualifications in Primary Care Sports Medicine & is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Ladewski graduated from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Family Medicine Residency at Presence Resurrection Medical Center where he served as Chief Resident. He went on to complete the Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship at Presence Resurrection Medical Center.
Dana O'Neill, DO
Dr. O’Neill was born and raised in Michigan, graduating from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed residency at Presence Resurrection Medical Center where she served as chief resident with Dr. Sweeney during her 3rd year. She loved Res so much, she decided to stay on as family medicine faculty! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cheering on her beloved Michigan State Spartans and Detroit sports teams, and traveling wherever, whenever possible.
Dr. Thaker is board certified in Family Medicine and has her Certificate of Added Qualification in Primary Care Sports Medicine. She earned a bachelor's degree in biology from Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y., and her medical degree from Rosalind Franklin University/The Chicago Medical School in North Chicago, IL.
Dr. Walsh is a graduate of Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency at Presence Resurrection Medical Center this year and loved it so much that she joined the faculty! She is board certified in Family Medicine. Special interests include well child visits, women’s health, and osteopathic manipulation. Dr. Walsh also really enjoys teaching medical students.

Dr. Gildenblatt is a Medical Family Therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She completed her doctoral training at Saint Louis University. Prior to joining the residency, she was a doctoral fellow at the Chicago Center for Family Health as well as at the Advocate Family Practice Residency at Illinois Masonic Medical Center. Dr. Gildenblatt has had extensive experience treating individuals, couples, and families in healthcare settings, both inpatient and outpatient. She identifies as an Emotion-Focused Therapist and uses a direct and educational approach with her patients. She teaches both patients and residents healthy communication skills and is passionate about promoting health and wellness practices. In her personal life, Dr. Gildenblatt enjoys spending time with family and friends, Yoga, traveling, and exploring the wine and dine scene in Chicago.
Dr. Brown is a graduate of the University of Iowa School of Medicine, and completed his Family Medicine residency at MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn, Illinois. He has been involved in medical education ever since. He holds a faculty appointment at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Dr. Shah is a Family Physician at Presence Resurrection Medical Center. He completed his medical school training at Northwestern University Medical School and his residency at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital. He has a variety of interests including outpatient office procedures, child and women's health, Geriatric care, Alternative medicine including ancient Indian Ayurvedic Medicine, and spirituality and health. Dr. Shah has a CAQ in Hospice and Palliative medicine. Dr. Shah has worked as a faculty member in residency programs for over 10 years. He continues to see patients in the Family Practice Center and precepts for the residents. He was recently promoted to Chief Medical Officer of Presence Health Partners this year.
Dr. Plunkett earned his medical degree from University of Illinois College of Medicine and completed a residency in internal medicine at University of Illinois Hospitals. He was a Fellow of the National Center for Medical Education, serving his fellowship in general medicine at University of Chicago. He also has an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, Evanston, IL. Dr. Plunkett is board certified in internal medicine, and is on the Medical Staff of Presence Resurrection Medical Center and other community hospitals in the neighborhood.
Dr. Plunkett enjoys caring for patients of all ages but has a special affinity for elderly patients (and they seem to like him, too). He has a passion for teaching young doctors and is involved in the family practice education program at Presence Resurrection Medical Center.
Dr. Plunkett is conversant in Spanish and Italian.
Sabrina Indyk, MD was born in the former West Germany to Polish parents and moved to Chicago at an early age. She received her bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences from Marquette University in Wisconsin, and received her medical degree from Jagiellonian University Medical College in Poland. Dr. Indyk completed her residency in family medicine at Presence Resurrection Medical Center, where she served as Chief Resident in her final year. Her clinical interests include women's health, adolescent medicine and pediatrics.
