It is important to note that charges may vary by patient even though a similar procedure was performed. This may be due to the patient's medical condition, length of time spent in surgery or recovery, etc. Also, standard charges do not account for variables such as insurance or other discounts you may receive, so it is not a complete representation of what you will actually pay for a specific service depending on your current health care coverage.
Presence Health’s standard charges may be obtained by calling 847.813.3600 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Patient Financial Services Representatives are available during these hours to provide you with the information you need either verbally or through a charge estimate form that can be sent to you in an encrypted email. You can also contact Patient Financial Services via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the facility where you want to have services rendered, the type of test to be performed, a phone number and time of day to be contacted.
If our Patient Financial Services Representatives require additional information, they will follow up to obtain the information and contact you as soon as possible. You may also visit the Patient Access department at your specific hospital to request our standard charges.
