Presence Saint Joseph Medical Center

The Patient & Family Advisory Council (PFAC) of Presence Saint Joseph Medical Center serves as the bridge between the hospital and patients and families to promote and enhance family-centered care throughout our organization.

The Advisory Council works together with hospital leadership, physicians and staff to provide input on decisions about programming, policies and strategic goals related to patient and family experience and engagement.
