Parking

As part of the tower opening, the Medical Center's Main Entrance has been relocated to Springfield Ave.  While the physical address of the medical center has not changed, patients and visitors are asked to park in the FREE 700-space, covered parking garage located on Springfield Avenue between Oneida and Glenwood Ave.  For your convenience, the parking garage has a connecting corridor to the Medical Center.

For those individuals that need Valet Parking, free valet parking is offered at our Madison Entrance between the hours of 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday.  Valet parking is also offered at our Emergency Department Entrance 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week.

The Medical Center is additionally transitioning to a 24-hour visitation policy throughout all hospital units, including ICUs, in order to best serve both patients and visitors.  For those visitors arriving after 8 p.m., guests are asked to use the Emergency Department Entrance at the corner of Glenwood and Springfield Ave.
