Our specially trained therapists help manage the effects of dizziness and imbalance related to conditions like vertigo, Parkinson’s disease, Gait instability and acoustic neuroma or other unknown causes After a thorough evaluation, the therapist will use therapeutic techniques, exercise, testing and even training in our Smart Balance Master System—the same system is used by NASA in the testing of astronauts.
