Eligibility for financial assistance is determined according to the U.S. government’s federal poverty guidelines and family size, which are updated each year. Please refer to the information for our hospitals, home health, medical group or nursing homes to determine your eligibility.
Yes, we offer a variety of financial assistance programs for both the insured and uninsured. Our Patient Access and Patient Financial Services representatives remain committed to helping link patients with the financial assistance program that best suits their needs, including coordinating payment plan arrangements.
Yes. In addition to our hospitals, financial assistance is available to those who receive care with nursing homes, home health, and our medical group, (physician offices). The financial assistance policies, processes and criteria are different. Our Patient Access and Patient Financial Services representatives will be glad to walk you through those that apply to you, determine your eligibility and assist with your application based on the criteria that apply to their specific service.
