Presence St. Mary’s Hospital is offering a Freedom from Smoking® program to help adult and teen smokers quit for good. The seven-week step-by-step program begins on Tuesday, September 8th and will be held every Tuesday till October 20th in Conference Room A at Presence St. Mary’s Hospital at 2:30 pm. The fee for materials is $30 per person.
Freedom from Smoking is led by a facilitator who has been trained by the American Lung Association. The curriculum includes the latest research about nicotine replacement therapy (gum, inhalers, patches, lozenges, and nasal spray) and other smoking cessation prescribed medications.
