Presence Home Care Named to Homecare Elite™ by National Research Corporation
Three Honored Agencies in Elgin, Joliet and Kankakee
Mokena, Ill. – Three Presence Home Care agencies have been named to the 2016 HomeCare Elite™. The honored agencies are Elgin, Joliet and Kankakee. The Elgin agency has made the list every year since 2008 and also made this year’s HomeCare Elite Top 500 list for the second consecutive year.
“Presence Home Care is honored to be recognized once again as a HomeCare Elite™ awardee,” said Susan Enright, Chief Operating Officer, Home Care and Housing Operations, Presence Life Connections. “Providing high-quality care to those in need of recovering in their homes, where they are comfortable, is our Mission and our privilege.”
The 2016 HomeCare Elite® is the compilation of the most successful home care providers in the United States. Now in its eleventh year, this market-leading review names the top 25% of agencies based on performance measures. This year those measures include quality of care, quality improvement, patient experience, process measure implementation, and financial management. The data for this study is based on publicly available information.
Agency performances are compared against the performance of other organizations in their state and nationwide (including U.S. territories). The top 25 percent of agencies in each region are identified. Winners are ranked by an analysis of publicly available performance measures in quality outcomes, best practices (process measure) implementation, patient experience (Home Health CAHPS), quality improvement and consistency, and financial performance.
