Yoga can simply be defined as integrating, uniting, or yoking of the body, mind, and spirit. It is designed to provide well-being physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. It is a system or series of psychological, and physiological self-disciplines that lend themselves to a rebalancing of mind and body. Come and enjoy the relaxation.
Cost: $10 per class. First class is FREE for NEW participants. No need to register - just come and try out a class. For all levels - instructor will work with you. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
Ongoing classes, come to classes either on Tuesday (6 PM-7:30 PM), or on Saturday (8 AM- 9:30 AM; note new class times) or both, except holidays. No need to register just come and try out a class!
