This class is for moms to take during pregnancy, preferably starting during their second trimester, where they will learn about the importance of bonding with their babies, and ways to have a healthier pregnancy and baby, both physically and emotionally. They will learn stress reduction techniques and healthy lifestyle.
Class is in three sessions, two weeks apart:
Tuesdays, March 12, 26 and April 9, 2019
6:00 PM - 8:30 PM
$30.00 for the entire course.
Moms are invited to bring a support person with them who does not need to register separately for the class.
